Week 4, Rankings and Stats

Power Rankings

1. Dalton  3-0
20+ Average Guys on the Season
Lebron  35.9
Griffin    25.0
20+ Average Guys Last 7 Days
Lebron      46.3
Griffin        23.8
Russell      21.5
Teague      20.5

Dalton does not seem to have a very deep team. Only 2 guys averaging over 20 on the season is below the average but yet Dalton still finds himself 3-0.... He has 6 guys averaging 16 or better on season and 2 guys who are under that mark who should be playing better. That's Randle (13.7) for the Lakers and Conley (15.3)  for the Grizzlies... Sorry to say this Dalton but I think you drew the lucky schedule here in the first 3 weeks. After 3 weeks he is tied for lowest average per play.  Facing Danny in Week 4 could be a tough match. I am not sure it will be very easy to end the week at 4-0. Better draw up the blu print and get your week set up. Going undefeated is never easy lol.

2. Nathan  2-1
20+ Average Guys on the Season
Aldridge    23.1
M. Gasol   22.4
Gobert      22.3
Oladipo    21.1
Wall         20.6

20+ Average Guys Last 7 Days
Gobert              22.5
Hollis-Jefferson  22.0
Wall                   20.0

You can see that Nate has more then average 20+ average guys but still got beat  this past week. Eric's team must have performed really well. Nate has one of the best teams in the league in my book. Lucky for us he took a loss this past week because I don't think  he will get to many of them this season.

3. Eric  2-1
20+ Average Guys on the Season
Cousins  35.6
Jokic      25.7
Kanter    21.1
Irving      20.0

20+ Average Guys Last 7 Days
Cousins   30.8
Jokic        27.5
D.Green  26.7
Kanter     21.3
Irving       20.5

We find another team with over average 20+ average guys. I am still shocked Dalton is number 1 and only has 2 guys lol.... Eric had the balls to draft Cousins in the first round when he was projected for the second round and it is paying off huge so far... Kanter was projected in the 500 range but yet Eric knew he would be good so he drafted him and has watched him sore ever since. Eric did not look so good after week one but he has turned it around rather quickly and is now shaping up to be one of our best teams here in the early going.

4. Ritter  2-1
20+ Average Guys on the Season
Harden  28.5
Lillard    26.4
Embiid   24.5
Gordon  23.8

20+ Average Guys Last 7 Days
Harden   34.5
Lillard    34.3
Embiid   28.7
Warren   24.3
Nurkic    23.5
Gordon  20.3

Taking a loss in week one after a big hit to his third round draft pick. The Dream Crushers have bounced back and in nice fashion. Going on back to back win streak and marking it off with the most points scored in Week 3 and on the season for that fact. The Dream Crushers spirits have been re born again and the team looks to be back on its championship ways. But it is a long road with a lot of bumps and curve balls.  So for now we will just be happy we are over .500 on the season.

5. Gher  2-1
20+ Average Guys on the Season
Davis       34.6
Porter jr   23.4
Vucevic   21.8

20+ Average Guys Last 7 Days
Davis    37.5
Kuzma  23.5

Gher won his match by simply over wellming his opponent with plays. Out playing him by 6 plays to be exact. Hard to come back from that... Gher does not have a very deep team and could benefit from a Davis deal. But it would be hard to trade Davis, he is a fantasy points machine. So I think he should look to deal Jimmy Butler. He is not the Jimmy that we all remember from the Bulls who would average 24 fantasy points a night. He is now averaging just 16 a game. But he does hold the all important SG/SF positions. So that raises his value up to about a 18 avg when looking to deal him... There is always few options with guys like Jimmy...1.Hold out and hope he turns it around OR 2. Trade him NOW while there is still people who believe he is a 20 average guy and are willing to take the chance on him and possibly over pay.

6. Danny  1-2
20+ Average Guys on the Season
GA           36.1
Porzingis  27.2
Simmons  26.7
Fournier   20.3
Schroder  20.3

20+ Average Guys Last 7 Days
Porzingis   31.3
Simmons   28.3
GA             25.7
Schroder    21.0

Danny has a strong team! For the record, any team that has five 20+ scorers will always usually be one of the better teams. Our league averages about thirty seven 20+ scorers a year. So to be above the 4 mark always has to feel nice. Danny will be tough to beat. But he is still a rookie in our league so lets see if he makes any rookie mistakes to give us all a better chance lol.

7. Todd  1-2
20+ Average Guys on the Season
Curry           28.6
Drummond  27.4
Whiteside    27.0
Jordan         23.2
Turner         20.7

20+ Average Guys Last 7 Days
Drummond  33.0
Curry           30.3
Whiteside    24.3
Jordan         23.0

Todd has 5 guys over 20+ avg on season and that is super great. But just one problem. He also only has 5 guys averaging 17+ or more on the year. He seems to have a lot of the middle of the road guys and then 3 floaters. But Todd knows exactly what he is doing here. He is not worried one iota about his team. He has solid bigs and a great PG. So streaming the Sg and SF slots is not so bad. But wonder what his team would look like if he got rid of one of them bigs for a SG or SF... Could be really scary to think what it could become. Glad Halloween is over now because he could create one scary monster of a team if he did a decent 2 for 1 deal and gained some more depth.

8. Matt  1-2
20+ Average Guys on the Season
Durant    28.7
Sabonis  21.2
Adams    20.3

20+ Average Guys Last 7 Days
Durant    29.0
Sabonis  21.8

Matt has 6 guys who are averaging 17 a game or more and he has yet for Alfred Payton to take the court and show us if he is gonna get more triple doubles like he did last year. It is early in the season and Matt is one of our most active owners. So I never worry about his team this early.... But I would be worried that Sabonis doesn't keep up his average now that Turner is back in the starting 5. Matt better be hoping for another concussion for Turner so he can get that high average of  Sabonis's back.... Damn you Matt! Stop rooting for someone to get hurt.

9. Duke  1-2
20+ Average Guys on the Season
Westbrook  26.9
Horford      22.0
Love          20.0

20+ Average Guys Last 7 Days
Horford       23.0
Evans         22.8
Middleton   21.3
B. Lopez     21.3
Westbrook  20.7

Duke has one of the deepest teams in the league. 11 guys on his team that are keepers at the moment. But that leaves one problem, actually its a good problem to have. But Duke only has one floater spot. And we all know that if you want to maximize your plays each week then you need to have 2 floaters... So curious to see if  he makes a 2 for 1 deal and to open up a spot on his roster?

10. Kapper  0-3
20+ Average Guys on the Season
Towns   27.5
Capela  23.4
Beal       22.6
Walker  21.1

20+ Average Guys Last 7 Days
Beal      32.7
Towns   22.5
Capela  21.0
Young   20.5

Kapper has several guys over 20+ averages and had 5 guys last week with 20+ averages. Why the HELL did he lose!?!?  Just bad luck so far this year I guess.  I know he will get a win sooner then later. I know this because I like this team more then our #1 team. Sorry Dalton.
